What are the effects to the baby of so much stress, depression and anxiety during pregnancy?
I’m so depressed, sad, and always crying during my pregnancy period because of so much problems. And now the development of my 2-year baby boy is poor, behind of his age and he is also unattentive whenever we try to teach him something.
The effects on your son of stress during pregnancy are so minimal – compared to the effects of your stress when he is 2 years old- a major developmental age… Keep in mind though that EVERY 2 year old is different… they all develop at different paces. I don’t think all too uncommon for a 2 year old to be unattentive. I have 3 boys and they only sat still for story books and puzzles (when they felt like it)… Although he is very young maybe you should look into a pre-pre school like Kindercare for a few hours, few times a week, so he can play with other 2 year olds..You still seem stressed.. Sounds like you need a break yourself..

Panic attack can come completely unexpected and strike you without any prior warning. Suddenly, your are struck by various terrible and frightening symptoms and you may even have the notion that you are suffering from a heart attack and your death is imminent. Some of the most common panic attack symptom can include:
-Heart “racing”
-Feeling weak and dizzy
-Numbness in limbs
-Irrational fear and feeling of doom
-Difficulty in breathing
-Feel that you are losing control and going “crazy”
Generally, episodes of panic attack are very brief, lasting no more than 10 minutes. The symptom of ill-feelings however, can linger and persist for long durations. More importantly, after their first panic attack, a person can be so traumatize by the experience that they continue to suffer from repeated panic attack. When that happens, the condition becomes a panic disorder.
Panic disorder can be very frightening and disabling as the person cannot predict when or when the next panic attack will occur. This can have a severe effect on their psyche as they start avoiding situation which they “think” or “know” might trigger their panic attack. They may even avoid going out completely and become house-bound as they feel unsafe going to the outside world.
Luckily, panic attack is one of the most treatable conditions and it is definitely possible for a person to recover completely. The route to recovery however, may be a long uphill struggle and it very well take months or even years to recover completely.
The rewards are well worth the effort but the person MUST be prepared to work at the problem and accept help.

Okay, so it has been reduced to two drugs: Zoloft and Celexa / Zoloft Lex was in the age 13-17 and worked very well for me. The only problem I have is that seems to cause panic attacks in people in the first 4 weeks, and as someone with anxiety now, I do not know if I could handle that: (The problem I have with Celexa / Lex Celexa is that since the family is PGP same substrate as Paxil and Effexor and had horrible withdrawal symptoms Serotonin syndrome and Pax, do you even should try Celexa / Lex? I would like to hear some debate among Celexa / users and users of Lex Zoloft. There are also Emsam, but I've heard that makes some people really angry jajaja. I think I will take the anxiety and anger over the withdrawal symptoms! I am currently in Effexor for 3.5 weeks and the need to get off now, because I read that withdrawal symptoms are even worse for Paxil and Paxil have experienced the nightmare after have been for 10 years
I hear of horrible as Paxil withdrawal Effexor and Cymbalta. I think Zoloft or Lexapro would be nice, or Prozac, which has probably the withdrawal or fewer side effects, but also takes longer to get in and out of your system.
