anxiety symptoms in women

Did you notice a change in anxiety when she became pregnant?
This question is for pregnant women with anxiety disorders. I have anxiety disorder widespread, and I am currently TTC # 1. I was wondering if any of you noticed a change, whether good or bad, in their anxiety symptoms before you knew I was pregnant or in early pregnancy.
I was thinking this morning that I have not had a panic attack since I got pregnant!
(I am currently 17 weeks). I was on Zoloft and was pretty sure I was not doing anything for me anyway, so my doctor weaned me off of it, and I got pregnant shortly thereafter. I feel better now than ever.
